Circleback

AI meeting notes and action items, bot or no bot

The verdict

Back-to-back calls leave a trail of promises nobody wrote down. Circleback records Zoom, Meet, Teams and in-person meetings, then hands you a transcript, decisions and action items you can search later. The Mac app records without a bot joining, and the Apple Watch app records a meeting in the room. The free plan keeps only 30 days of history, and Pro at $15 a user costs a little more than Granola's $14 Business plan.

Get it if

You run several meetings a day and lose track of who promised what.

Skip it if

You have 1 or 2 calls a week, where the free recording and transcripts in Apple Notes are enough.
