OfficeSquats
Hourly squat breaks that your Mac camera counts
The verdict
Every hour, a full-screen break covers your Mac until you do 10 squats, and the camera counts each rep on the Neural Engine without storing any video. It reads your Apple, Google and Outlook calendars and waits out Zoom or FaceTime calls, so it never interrupts a meeting. It only reached the Mac App Store on September 24, 2026, and the free download gives you a single 3-squat trial break before you pay.
Get it if
You sit at a Mac for 9 hours a day and every stand-up reminder you tried got dismissed.
Skip it if
You already train at a gym, or the free Stand reminder on your Apple Watch keeps you moving.

What changed
Version 1.2
The camera now starts reliably the first time you allow access: OfficeSquats waits for the first frame, tries once more on its own if needed, and offers a Retry button if your camera is still busy. The three-squat trial break stays on its own display, and macOS permission prompts stay reachable during setup.
