RedirectWeb

Rewrites links by your rules before Safari loads them

MaciPhoneiPad4.775 ratingsFree to start

The verdict

A Safari extension for Mac, iPhone and iPad, RedirectWeb rewrites a link by your rules before the page loads, so Google Maps links open in Apple Maps and searches go to Kagi or Brave Search. A library of ready-made rules covers the common swaps, and wildcards, regular expressions and capture groups handle the rest. On the Mac it also works in Chrome and Firefox.

Get it if

You keep landing on sites you would rather swap for another, like Google Maps instead of Apple Maps.

Skip it if

You have no site you want to swap for another, so there is nothing for it to rewrite.
