Spiik
Records calls and lectures and turns them into notes
The verdict
Spiik records audio on iPhone, iPad and Mac, then transcribes it in more than 100 languages, labels who said what and turns it into notes, summaries, flashcards or a quiz. On a Mac, its Mic and System Audio mode captures Zoom, Teams and Google Meet calls with no bot joining, and Pro can transcribe offline on Apple silicon. The free version only transcribes the first 60 seconds of each recording, so plan on Pro at $49.99 a year.
Get it if
You record lectures, interviews or calls and want searchable transcripts and study notes on every Apple device.
Skip it if
You want full transcripts for free, because the free tier stops after the first 60 seconds of each recording.
