StageMate

Sheet music reader that turns pages when you blink

iPhoneiPadFree to start

The verdict

Musicians who read from an iPad lose a beat every time they reach over to turn the page, and StageMate fixes that by turning pages when you blink or turn your head, using the front camera. You import your own PDFs or scans, mark fingerings with Apple Pencil, and keep separate annotation versions for lessons and gigs. Hands-free page turning, setlists and a built-in tuner are all free.
