WELTEN
A focus timer that grows a forest on your desktop
The verdict
If timers alone never kept you on task, WELTEN makes the result visible: each finished session plants a tree in a forest that grows behind your desktop icons, without touching your wallpaper. It starts from the menu bar or Option-Command-F, pulls tasks from Apple Reminders and turns on Do Not Disturb while you work. It is priced only in euros, needs an Apple silicon Mac, and major versions after 1.x cost extra.
