Superlist
Shared to-do lists with notes built into every task
The verdict
The team behind Wunderlist built this to-do app, and every task can hold its own notes, subtasks and checklists, so a task doubles as a small doc. Type or say 'Dentist Friday at 2pm' and it becomes a dated task, and lists can be shared with family or coworkers. The free plan stops at 5 lists and 5 people per shared list, and for a personal list Apple Reminders already does the job.
Get it if
You want 1 shared list for family chores or a small team that keeps each task's notes with it.
Skip it if
You keep a simple personal list, and Apple Reminders already syncs that over iCloud for free.
