Workspaces
Opens every file, app and site for a project at once
The verdict
Click a project in the menu bar and Workspaces opens its folders, files, apps, websites and even Mail messages at once, then closes them again with its QuitApps plugin when you move on. It suits anyone who bounces between clients or courses every day. It does not remember window positions, so pair it with Snapset or a window manager if layout matters, and Workspaces 3 will be a paid upgrade.
Get it if
You switch between several clients or projects a day and reopen the same files each time.
Skip it if
You work on one project at a time, where a Finder folder in the Dock is enough.
