Quick answers about Wristkeeper. Still stuck? Write to raja@theusefultech.com.

01What does Wristkeeper do?

Each morning it suggests which watch to wear. It looks at the weather, your occasion and how long since each watch was worn.

You log what you wear. It tracks cost per wear, your rotation and your collection's habits. You can also ask an AI on your iPhone about your collection.

02Where does my data live?

On your iPhone, and nowhere else. There is no account and no server. We never see your watches, photos or wear log.

If you allow location, the app asks Apple's weather service for local weather. The details are in the privacy policy.

03How do I restore my purchase?

Sign in to the App Store with the same Apple Account you used to buy. Then:

  1. Open Wristkeeper.
  2. Go to Settings in the app.
  3. Tap Restore Purchases.

Your plan follows your Apple Account, so it works on any iPhone signed in to it.

04How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone and go to:

SettingsYour nameSubscriptionsWristkeeperCancel Subscription

Cancel at least 24 hours before it renews. You keep access until the end of the time you paid for. A lifetime purchase never renews, so there is nothing to cancel.

05How do I get a refund?

Apple handles every payment, so Apple handles refunds too. Ask for one at reportaproblem.apple.com.

06How do I delete my data?

To remove one watch, delete it in the app. Its photos and wear history go with it.

To remove everything, delete the app. Press and hold the Wristkeeper icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App. We keep no copy, so nothing is left anywhere else.
